Approving contract extensions with Assistant City Prosecutors for legal services.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That amended contracts in an amount not to exceed $23,000.00 each are hereby approved for David R. Dill and Edward B. Rucker to serve as Assistant City Prosecutors for the period ending April 30, 1991 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 1-13200-B.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
