BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That on May 1, 1993, the allocation in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund, Third District, is changed as follows:

REDUCTION

Kansas City Blues and Jazz Festival ($15,000.00) Pioneer Day Rodeo ($ 1,000.00) Unallocated ($ 2,000.00)

ADDITION

Third District Convention $15,000.00 Black Art Matinee $ 3,000.00
