RESOLUTION NO. 110047

Approving the appointment of John Burnett to the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri.

WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority as Charles S. Runnion III has submitted his resignation; and

WHEREAS, John Burnett would be an excellent candidate and he is willing to accept the appointment; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Council approves the following appointment to the Board of Commissioners of the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri to fill the current vacancy 

John Burnett

Expiration of Term: August 1, 2014
