of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is
hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A1208,
rezoning an area generally located along 9th
Street between State Line Road on the west, St. Louis Avenue on the south,
Santa Fe Street on the east, and W. 8th Street on the north, from Districts M1-5 (Manufacturing 1, Dash 5),
M3-5 (Manufacturing 3, Dash 5) and DX-7 (Downtown Mixed Use, Dash 7) to
District DX-10 (Downtown Mixed Use, Dash 10), said section to read as follows:
