ORDINANCE NO. 120640
Authorizing a Second Amendment to
a Water Purchase Agreement between Kansas City, Missouri and Raymore, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
Kansas City, a Second Amendment to the Water Purchase Agreement for water
service between Kansas City, Missouri and Raymore, Missouri, which will
increase the City of Raymore’s water capacity and add a connection point to
Kansas City’s water system. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of
the Director of Water Services.
