Approving a development plan in Districts R-6 and R-7.5 which serves as a preliminary plat for the purpose of amending the Third, Fourth and Fifth plats of Forest Ridge Estates to allow for reduced front yard setbacks of 25 feet on about 20 acres generally located west of N. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a development plan in Districts R-6 (Residential 6) and R-7.5 (Residential 7.5) which serves as a preliminary plat for the purpose of amending the Third, Fourth and Fifth plats of Forest Ridge Estates to allow for reduced front yard setbacks of 25 feet on about 20 acres generally located west of N. Cosby Avenue and south of N.W. 59th Terrace, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All that part of Lot 1, Sterling Square, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof; and

The conditions of approval of the preliminary plat, Case No. SD 1162E, Preliminary Plat, Forest Ridge, approved by the City Plan Commission on October 4, 2016, shall remain effective and carry forward.
