ORDINANCE NO. 961232

Authorizing execution of a Second Amended Agreement with Rafael Architects, Inc., for the purpose of extending the time of performance for completion of the Westside Plan until March 1, 1997.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of the Department of City Development is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to execute a Second Amended Agreement with Rafael Architects, Inc., for the purpose of extending the time of performance for completion of the Westside Plan until March 1, 1997. A copy of said Second Amended Agreement, in substantial form, is attached hereto and is hereby approved.
