Authorizing a cooperative agreement with NationsBank, N.A. for an employment and facilities maintenance and reuse program.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is authorized to execute a cooperative agreement with NationsBank, N.A. for an employment and facilities maintenance and reuse program from funds to be appropriated each fiscal year from certain revenues received by the City from the NationsBank reuse of the former Wilcox Electric site at I/29 and I/35. The cooperative agreement is approved in substantial form as the agreement attached to the original of this ordinance.
