Estimating revenue in the Police Grants Fund in the amount of $75,095.00 and appropriating it for expenditures related to Missouri Traffic Services grant.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account in the Police Grants Fund is estimated in the following additional amount:

01-239-021-8755 01 Missouri Traffic Services grant $75,095.00

Section 2. That the following amount is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Police Grants Fund to the following accounts in the Police Grants Fund:

01-239-021-2819-A 01 Hazardous Moving Violations $ 5,000.00

01-239-021-2824-A 01 Sobriety Checkpoint 19,000.00

01-239-021-2824-C 01 Sobriety Checkpoint 1,900.00

01-239-021-2889-A 01 Speed Enforcement 20,000.00

01-239-021-2894-A 01 Red Light Running 24,000.00

01-239-021-2929-A 01 Education Project 4,500.00

01-239-021-2929-C 01 Education Project 695.00
