Authorizing an agreement with the Heart Forest Foundation, Inc., to manage the vacant lands, located at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a management agreement with the Heart Forest Foundation, Inc., to manage the vacant lands located at Kansas City International Airport for a period of five (5) years with three (3) five (5) year renewal options. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
