RESOLUTION NO. 061325

Recognizing staff from the Water Services Departments Wastewater Division on its receipt of the City Managers Action Center Partner of the Month Award.

WHEREAS, City Manager Wayne A. Cauthen has specified that Kansas City, Missouri city departments will perform at a very high level; and

WHEREAS, the City Managers Partner of the Month Award recognizes the commitment of employees who are making a difference by working with the Action Center to provide outstanding service and to improve levels of citizen satisfaction with the City; and

WHEREAS, the City Managers Action Center Partner of the Month for October 2006 is the Wastewater Division of the Water Services Department; and

WHEREAS, the employees of the Wastewater Division being recognized are Ronnie Biggins, Curtis Braden, LaJoyce Riley and Rhonda Sutton; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the Mayor and Council hereby recognize the Wastewater Division for its commitment to making an exceptional contribution to health and welfare of Kansas City, Missouri residents; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the Minutes of the Council in testimony thereof and that a copy hereof be presented to the Water Services Department with the appreciation of the Mayor and Council for the hard work being done by the staff.
