Authorizing the Sixty-Seventh Supplemental Federal Aid Urban Program Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission relating to intersection signal improvements at Southwest Trafficway and Westport Road.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of the City an agreement between the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri, relating to the signalization improvements of the Southwest Trafficway and Westport Road intersection, FAU Grant No. STP-3408(402), Project No. 4046. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
