ORDINANCE NO. 090944

 

Reducing appropriations in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $304,000.00 and appropriating it to various accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund for projects in the Fifth Council District.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

10-3090-898500-89009996-B CD5 Contingency $304,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $304,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

10-3090-648504-64010004-B 66th and Broadmoor Infrastructure $204,000.00

10-3090-648504-64010005-B Municipal Farm Site Assessment 100,000.00

TOTAL $304,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
