Authorizing the execution of quit claim deeds releasing various water main easements in the Benjamin Plaza Project in Jackson County, Missouri, and releasing a partial easement in Bridgepointe 4th Plat in Clay County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water and Pollution Control is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, quit claim deeds releasing various water main easements in the Benjamin Plaza Project in Jackson County, Missouri, and releasing a partial easement in Bridgepointe 4th Plat in Clay County, Missouri. These quit claim deeds are attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
