ORDINANCE NO. 070114

Authorizing the Director of City Development to enter into a lease agreement with Kingston Environmental for offices located at 15471 Hangar Road located at Richards-Gebaur in Kansas City, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Kingston Environmental Services for the lease of an office building at 15471 Hangar Road, Kansas City, Missouri for the term of the lease being from February 15, 2007 through November 30, 2010, with an annual rent during the term of the lease being $6,705.00. The tenant shall be responsible for maintenance of the facility and grounds and shall pay all utilities associated with its operation.
