Authorizing a Lease Agreement with Valentine-McCormick-Ligibel, Inc., at Kansas City Downtown Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with Valentine-McCormick-Ligibel, Inc., for 3,014 square feet of interior terminal space at the Downtown Airport at $13.20 per square foot, the initial term to expire February 28, 2002, with authority to renew for two additional three-year terms. A copy of the Lease Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
