Authorizing the execution of Supplement No. 20 to the Master Site Lease with the Federal Aviation Administration at KCI Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute Supplement No. 20 to the Master Site Lease, Contract No. FA68CE-4747 with the Federal Aviation Administration to add sites for the installation of new Runway Visual Range (RVR) systems at touchdown, midpoint and rollout locations on Runway 19R; and at touchdown location on Runway 9L. A copy of the supplement is attached.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in the supplement are hereby approved.
