ORDINANCE NO. 061061

 

Accepting a Missouri Warranty Deed from Margaret E. Eikenberry conveying to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, certain property in Clay County, Missouri, all for public use and directing the City Clerk to file the same.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the deed conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for public purpose for the expansion of the Fishing River Waste Water Treatment Plant and recorded as Instrument No. 2006038245, Book 5480 Page 123 in the Office of Recorder of Deeds, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby accepted. The property is legally described as follows:

 

All of Lot 1, Fishing River Ranch, a subdivision of land in Clay County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.

 

Section 2. That upon the effective date of this ordinance the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the city for public use purposes.
