Amending Ordinance No. 021253 by repealing Section 1 and enacting a new section in its place, correcting the legal description.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 021253 is amended by repealing Section 1 and enacting a new Section 1 to read as follows:

Section 1. That the Council hereby accepts the bid from the Black Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City, a Missouri corporation, in the amount of $70,001.00 for the property located at 1501 East 18th Street and approves the sale of the property to them and hereby authorizes the Director of Finance to execute a Special Warranty Deed conveying the property. The legal description of the property is described as follows:

All of Lot 44, Block 3, H.W. Armfields Addition, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants and special assessments, if any of record.
