Releasing and partially releasing various easements in Jackson County, Missouri, and directing the City Clerk to record the documents.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

  Section 1. That all rights, title and interest in the following recorded easements be and the same are hereby released to the respective entities, their successors or assigns, over that part of aforesaid easements as follows:

A partial release of (Metes and bounds description: The rear 3 feet of Lots 61 through 66, Boulevard Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 61; thence East along the North line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet; thence South 240 feet to a point 3 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 66; thence West along the South line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet to said Southwest corner; thence North 240 feet to the point of beginning, containing 720 square feet, more or less. Also, the rear 3 feet of Lots 67 through 73, Boulevard Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 67; thence North along the East line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet; thence West 280 feet to a point 3 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 73; thence South along the West line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet to said Southwest corner; thence East 280 feet to the point of beginning, containing 840 square feet, more or less. ALSO, the rear 3 feet of Lots 79 through 81, Boulevard Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 79; thence South along the East lines of said Lots 79 through 81, a distance of 120 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 81; thence West along the South line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet; thence North 120 feet to a point 3 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 79; thence East along the North line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 360 square feet, more or less. ALSO, the rear 3 feet of Lots 82 through 89, Boulevard Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 82; thence East along the North lines of said Lots 82 through 89, a distance of 330 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 89; thence South along the East line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet; thence West 330 feet to a point 3 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 82; thence North along the West line of said Lot, a distance of 3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 990 square feet, more or less.)

A partial release of (Metes and bounds description: All of the Vacated Right of Way of 50th Terrace (Ordinance No. 50928, Book K-972, Page 259, Oct. 25, 1979) lying between the East Right of Way line of Swope Parkway and the West Right of Way line of Cleveland Ave. in Boulevard Heights, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 104 in said Boulevard Heights; thence North along the East line of said Swope Parkway, a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of Lot 81 in said Boulevard Heights; thence East along the South lines of Lots 81 through 89 in said Boulevard Heights, a distance of 567.1 feet, more or less, to the West line of said Cleveland Ave.; thence South 50 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 90 in said Boulevard Heights; thence West along the North lines of Lots 90 through 104 in said Boulevard Heights, a distance of 530.6 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 27,442 square feet, more or less.)

Section 2. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance and release to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri.
