ORDINANCE NO. 030109

Authorizing execution of a Water Main Access and Covenant Running with Land on Tract 25 of the Cass County Water Transmission Main.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a Water Main Access and Covenant Running with Land with Randy and Laurie J. Spalding on Tract 25 of the Cass County Water Transmission Main. A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

Section 2. That, upon fully execution of the conveyance document and filing with the appropriate County, this access and covenant is accepted by Kansas City.
