Changing the name of N.E. 78th
Terrace to N.E. 78th Street within the plat of Claybrook 1st Plat.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the name of N.E. 78th Terrace within the plat of Claybrook 1st Plat, shall be
changed to N.E. 78th Street, all within Section 18, Township 51 North, Range 32
West, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.
Section 2. That
the change is indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. That
existing traffic ordinances on this street will remain in effect and will not
be affected by the street name change.
