ORDINANCE NO. 990899
Approving a $10,000.00 contract with the City in
Motion Dance Theater for sponsoring the City in Motion FY 2000 Performance
Series from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (City-wide and Second
Council Districts).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the Director of
Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $10,000.00
contract with the City in Motion Dance Theater for sponsoring the City in
Motion FY2000 from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in
the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

5,000.00
00-235-067-2120 Second
5,000.00
Total $10,000.00
which contract is hereby approved in substantial
form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.

I hereby certify that there is a
balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which
the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise
unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is
to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
