ORDINANCE NO. 010900

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into Subordination of License or Easement Agreement and a Cooperative Agreement for Public Improvement of N.W. Barry Road (Bethesda Gardens First Plat) and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute a Subordination of License or Easement Agreement with KCPL and a Cooperative Agreement for the Public Improvement of N.W. Barry Road, to be in a form substantially as that attached hereto as Exhibits A and B.

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file copies of this ordinance, together with the Subordination of License or Easement Agreement and the Cooperative Agreement for the Public Improvement of N.W. Barry Road, with the Office of the Secretary of State of Missouri and the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Clay County, Missouri, together with all other relevant documents.
