ORDINANCE NO. 090706

 

Amending Ordinance No. 090573 passed July 23, 2009; authorizing funding for assessment work on various streets by repealing Section 2 thereof and taking funding for the projects from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Revolving Public Improvement Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. 090573 passed July 23, 2009, is hereby amended by repealing Section 2 thereof and eliminating the reduction in the Revolving Public Improvement Fund in the amount of $209,794.83 from 10-3190-897763-B-89009996.

 

Section 2. That all sections of Ordinance No. 090573 not repealed above shall remain effective.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
