ORDINANCE NO. 970426

Authorizing a $198,800.00 agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. for a stormwater management master plan for East Fork Shoal Creek; and authorizing expenditure of $218,600.00 in funding.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a $198,800.00 agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. for a stormwater management master plan for East Fork Shoal Creek. A copy of said agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is further authorized to expend up to the sum of $218,600.00 from funds previously appropriated to the following account to satisfy the cost of this agreement including contingencies:

97-811-080-2330-B Stormwater Services $218,600.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
