Authorizing an agreement with R-G Development, L.C. for the lease of Building No. 610 at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a Lease Agreement for Building No. 610 with R-G Development, L.C. at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport. The term of the agreement is for one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options, beginning November 1, 1995. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
