ORDINANCE NO. 030880

Approving the plat of Gates Plaza 1st Plat, an addition in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri and releasing various easements.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the plat of Gates Plaza 1st Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby approved.

Section 2. That all right, title and interest in a sewer easement accepted by Kansas City, under Ordinance No. 011347, passed September 27, 2001, be and the same is hereby released to the respective owner, their successors or assigns, over that part of aforesaid easement described as follows:

The east-west alley next north of 12th Street from a line parallel to and 15 feet west of the west line of Brooklyn Avenue to the southerly prolongation of the west line of Lot 54, Pioneer Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, all in Section 4, Township 49 North, Range 33 West, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

Section 3. That the Council finds that the City Plan Commission has duly endorsed its approval of this Ordinance hereon.
