ORDINANCE NO. 200812

 

Authorizing a $3,000,000.00 contract with Structure Inc., for Aviation Department tenant finishes; and the expenditure of previously appropriated funds.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a tenant finishes contract for the Kansas City Aviation Department with Structure, Inc. A copy of the contract is on file in the office of the Director of Aviation.

 

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00 from funds previously appropriated to the following account in the Aviation Fund:

 

21-8300-627270-611060 KCI Capital Improvements $3,000,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
