Authorizing an Easement Conveyance document between the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City Power & Light Co. in connection with the new effluent pump station at the Water Treatment Plant.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, an Easement Conveyance document with Kansas City Power & Light Co. in connection with construction of the new effluent pump station at the Water Treatment Plant. A copy of this Easement Conveyance is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
