Releasing a sewer easement
located on the west side of J.C. Nichols Parkway, south of W. 45th Street, in
Jackson County, Missouri, and directing the City Clerk to record the
document.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That one
sewer easement located on the west side of J.C. Nichols Parkway, south of W.
45th Street, in Jackson County, executed by the following entity, and which
appears of record as the instrument number and respective book and page numbers
as follows, is hereby released:
