ORDINANCE NO. 980215

Authorizing execution of a contract amendment with KCI Shuttle, Inc., to the Shuttle Bus Operation Services Contract at Kansas City International Airport, increasing the contract amount by $12,106.58.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a $12,106.58 Contract Amendment to the Shuttle Bus Operation Services Contract with KCI Shuttle Inc., at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to expend the aforesaid amount heretofore appropriated to the Kansas City Airports Fund, 96-821-062-2360-B-1906, for services to be performed under the aforesaid contract.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
