Authorizing a lease agreement with the Don Bosco Community Center, Inc. for office space at the Linwood Multi-Purpose Center at a rate of $5,233.20 a year.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to enter into a lease agreement with the Don Bosco Community Center, Inc. for office space at the Linwood Multi- Purpose Center at a rate of $436.10 per month ($5,233.20 per year) for administration of the YouthNet Program.
