ORDINANCE NO. 061062

 

Authorizing the Director of City Development to enter into a Lease Agreement with KC Partners Oaktower Limited Partnership for one year with two renewal options for approximately 3700 rentable square feet of office space located on the 16th Floor of Oak Tower.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of City Development is authorized to enter into a Lease Agreement with K.C. Partners Oaktower Limited Partnership for a one year lease with two options to renew for office space located at 324 E. 11th Street in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri for the purpose of an Environmental Quality Office in the Office of the City Manager with an annual rent in the amount of $46,250.00 to be paid from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 07-1000-101435-B.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
