SECOND COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 961405

Authorizing a perpetual easement agreement with Riverside Pipeline Company, L.P., for placement of underground pipe at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport and directing that the fees received under this easement be used at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a perpetual easement agreement with Riverside Pipeline Company, L.P., for placement of an underground pipeline system for natural gas at Richards-Gebaur Memorial Airport. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the fees received pursuant to this easement be appropriated for use at Richard-Gebaur Memorial Airport.
