Accepting various easements in Jackson County; and directing the City Clerk to record the acceptance.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That various easements in Kansas City, Jackson County, executed by the following persons, and which appear of record as the instrument numbers and respective books and pages as follows:

and described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, all recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Independence, are hereby accepted. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance and Exhibit A to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Kansas City.

Section 2. That various easements in Independence, Jackson County, executed by the following persons, and which appear of record as the instrument numbers and respective books and pages as follows:

and described in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, all recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Independence, are hereby accepted. That upon the effective date of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance and Exhibit B to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, at Independence.
