Approving a $9,603.00 contract with the Urban League of Greater Kansas City for sponsoring the Annual Urban League MINK Conference from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Third, Fifth and Sixth Council Districts).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $9,603.00 contract with the Urban League of Greater Kansas City for sponsoring the Annual Urban League MINK Conference from funds previously appropriated to the following accounts in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund:

00-235-067-2130 Third $4,801.50

00-235-067-2150 Fifth 1,000.00

00-235-067-2160 Sixth 3,801.50

TOTAL $9,603.00

which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that on file in the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services.
