ORDINANCE NO. 090696

 

Reducing appropriations in the Capital Improvements Fund in the amount of $685,000.00 and appropriating it to accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund for projects in the Sixth Council District.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the appropriation in the following account in the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

10-3090-898600-89009996-B CD6 Contingency $685,000.00

 

Section 2. That the sum of $685,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Capital Improvements Fund to the following accounts in the Capital Improvements Fund:

 

10-3090-708609-70090007-B Longview Park Improvements $400,000.00

10-3090-708609-70101306-B Alex George Trail Segment 165,000.00

10-3090-708609-70104207-B Minor Park Parking Lot & 120,000.00

Restrooms

TOTAL $685,000.00
