Approving
an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District PD/C-2
(Planned District/Local Retail Business) on approximately a 13.0 acre tract of
land generally located at the southwest corner of West 103rd Street and Wornall
Road. (6667-PD-26)
BE
IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District
PD/C-2 (Planned District/Local Retail Business) on approximately a 13.0 acre
tract of land generally located at the southwest corner of West 103rd Street
and Wornall Road, and more specifically described as follows:
All of Lot 3, Broadway Home Center, Second Plat;
Lot 5, Broadway Home Center, Third Plat; Lot 1, Broadway Home Center, First
Plat; and Tracts B and C, Nokomis Plaza, all subdivisions lying in Kansas City,
Jackson County, Missouri.
is
hereby approved, subject to the following condition:
That the developer submit a final plan to the
City Plan Commission for approval, including plans for grading, landscaping,
fencing, signage (including elevations) and building elevations.
A
copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under
Document No. 011179, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
