ORDINANCE NO. 011124

Estimating revenue and appropriating $75,000.00 from a Missouri Department of Natural Resources Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the following account of the Zoo Fund is hereby estimated in the following amount:

02-238-070-7585 DNR Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant $75,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $75,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Zoo Fund to the following account in the Zoo Fund:

02-238-070-2306-B Kansas City Zoological Park - Waste $75,000.00

Recycling Program

Section 3. That the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 02-238-070-2306.
