ORDINANCE NO. 041080

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a three-party agreement between the Missouri State Historic Preservation Officer (SHOP), and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the City of Kansas City, relating to the replacement of the 27th Street Bridge over Vine Street and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of Kansas City, a three-party agreement between the Missouri State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO), and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the City of Kansas City, Missouri, essentially in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, relating to the replacement of Bridge No. S051B311, 27th Street Bridge over Vine Street, Federal Project No. STP-3320 (401) in Council District 3, Project No. 5391.

Section 2. That when this ordinance becomes effective, the City Clerk shall cause a copy of the ordinance, with attachments, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, and filed with the Secretary of State of Missouri, in compliance with Section 70.300, RSMo.
