ORDINANCE NO. 900502

Amending Ordinance No. 900237 to change the funding source for the contract with Pool and Canfield, Inc. for N.E. Barry Road widening from west of N. Prospect to N. Agnes.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section A. That Ordinance No. 900237 titled:

Authorizing a contract in the amount of $106,928.40 with Pool and Canfield, Inc. for N.E. Barry Road widening from west of N. Prospect to N. Agnes; and appropriating $140,000.00 from the Capital Improvements Fund to the project account.

is hereby amended by repealing Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 and enacting in lieu thereof a new section in replacement of Section 6 to read as follows:

Section 3. That the Director of Public Works is hereby

authorized to expend the sum of $140,000.00 from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 681-40853T as and for consideration in the aforesaid contract and for contingencies and engineering associated therewith.

Section B. That all sections of Ordinance No. 900237 not repealed and reenacted above shall remain effective.
