ORDINANCE NO. 010070

 

Authorizing the Director of Human Resources to enter into a contract in an amount not to exceed $197,750.00 with Watson Wyatt & Company for development and implementation of a job definition system including a license and services agreement for the RewardTM software package from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 01-100-014-1500-B.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Human Resources, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, is hereby authorized to to enter into a contract in an amount not to exceed $197,750.00 with Watson Wyatt & Company for development and implementation of a job definition system including a license and services agreement for the RewardTM software package from funds heretofore appropriated to Account No. 01-100-014-1500-B.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
