ORDINANCE NO. 900399

 

Approving an amendment to a development plan in District GP-3 on a tract of land located at N. Executive Hills Boulevard and Tiffany Springs Parkway and approving a GP District signage plan therefor. (6517-GP-4)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a development plan in District GP-3 on a tract of land located at N. Executive Hills Boulevard and Tiffany Springs Parkway, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Lot 1, Executive Hills North, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

 

is hereby approved. A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900399, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That a signage plan for the area legally described above is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:

 

1. That the developer comply with the signage requirements as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance under Appendix A,

Section 2.1.

 

A copy of said signage plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900399, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section C. That the Council find and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
