ORDINANCE NO. 030580
Amending
Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances, by adding a new section to be known as Section 80-11A0483,
rezoning an area of approximately 22 acres generally located on the north side
of N.E. Staley Road, approximately 900 feet east of N.E. .100th Street from
District RA (Agricultural) to District R-1aa (One-Family Dwellings, Low

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a new
section to be known as Section 80-11A0483, rezoning an area of approximately 22
acres generally located on the north side of N.E. Staley Road, approximately
900 feet east of N.E. .100th Street from District RA (Agricultural) to District
R-1aa (One-Family Dwellings, Low Density), said section to read as follows:
Section
80-11A0483. That an area legally described as:
A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 52 North of the Baseline,
Range 32 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, all in Kansas City, Clay County,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 32; thence North 00E22'15" East along the east line of
said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 1310.34 feet as
measured (1311.52 feet deed) to the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 89E10'48"
West along the north line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a
distance of 736.96 feet as measured (737.57 feet deed) to the northeasterly
corner of a tract of land described in Book 2045 at page 484 in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds for said Clay County, Missouri; thence South 00E22'33" West along the east line of
said tract of land and the easterly line of two tracts of land described in
Book 2137 at page 448 and Book 2303 at page 191 in said office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, a distance of 1212.19 feet to a point in
the centerline of N.E. Staley Road, as now established; thence South 61E00'02" East along said centerline of
N.E. Staley Road, a distance of 209.78 feet as measured (210.50 feet deed) to a
point on the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
said point being the westerly most corner of a tract of land described in Book
2894 at page 301 in said office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County,
Missouri; thence South 89E16'32" East along
said south line and the northerly line of said tract of land, a distance of 552.92
feet to the point of beginning. The above described tract contains 21.97
acres, more or less, and is subject to all easement, restrictions, reservations
and covenants, recorded or unrecorded, if any.

hereby rezoned from District RA (Agricultural) to District R-1aa (One-Family
Dwellings, Low Density), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section
80-11A0483, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is
hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps
constituting a part of said
chapter and as an amendment to Section 80-11 thereof.
Section B. That
the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed
amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning
Ordinance have been given and had.
