main easement lying across the East 10.00 feet of said Lot 1 and across the
East 10.00 of the South 5.00 feet of Lot 2, said subdivision; and the 10.00
foot wide sanitary sewer easement lying across the West 10.00 feet of the East
20.00 feet of said Lot 1, all being dedicated by the plat of "Mackey's
West Subdivision," a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri,
be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and
assigns and the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to

March 20, 1997, lying in the vacated alley way next East of Locust Street from

the public easement reserved by Ordinance No. 970192 beginning at the North
line of 10th Street and ending at the Westerly extension of the line that is 12
feet South of the North line of Lot 26, Block 15 "Smart's Addition No
3," a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to
the recorded plat thereof, and except for the Westerly half of that portion of
the public easement reserved by Ordinance No. 970192 beginning at the Westerly
extension of the line that is 12 feet South of the North line of Lot 26, Block 15,
"Smart's Addition No 3," a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson
County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof and ending at the
Easterly extension of the North line of Lot 3, Block 4, "Smart's
Subdivision," also known as "Smart's Second Addition," a
subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded
plat thereof, be and the same is hereby released to its present owners, their
