Reducing appropriations in the
amount of $39,900.00 in the Fourth Council District Contingency in the Capital
Improvements Fund; appropriating it to Project No. 70134914 and Project No.
64011006; and designating requisitioning authority.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That an appropriation in the following account
of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced in the following amount:
13-3090-898400-B-89009996
Fourth District Contingency $39,900.00
Section 2. That an appropriation in the following account
of the Capital Improvement Fund is hereby increased in the following amount:
13-3090-708409-B-70134914
Southmoreland Wall Repair $14,900.00
13-3090-648404-B-64011006 Downtown
CID 25,000.00
TOTAL $39,900.00
Section 3. That the Director of the Parks and Recreation
Department is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No.
13-3090-708409-70134914 and the Director of the City Development Department is
hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No.
13-3090-648404-64011006.
