Appropriating unexpended and unencumbered balances of appropriations in the Kansas City Airports Fund, No 821, to the 1999-00 Fiscal Year, and recognizing an emergency.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 2. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to close prior encumbrances in the accounts listed in Section 1 of this ordinance and re-encumber same in the current fiscal year.

 

Section 3. That this ordinance, making provision for the current expenses of municipal government, is recognized as an emergency measure within the provisions of Section 15, Article II of the Charter and shall take effect in accordance with this section.
