ORDINANCE NO. 190526
Authorizing the City Manager to
execute thirty-six (36) contracts totaling $136,100.00 in the Neighborhood
Tourist Development Fund with nonprofit organizations recommended for funding
as part of the FY 2019-2020 2nd quarter application cycle for the purposes of
promoting neighborhoods through cultural, social, ethnic, historic, educational,
and recreational activities from the Neighborhoods Tourist Development Fund;
and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That
the City Manager is authorized to expend the amount of $136,100.00 from funds
previously appropriated to Account No. 20-2350-672100-B,
Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund.
Section 2. That
the City Manager is authorized to execute contracts in the total amount of $136,100.00 with the following agencies in their
respective amounts for a Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund project. These
contracts are hereby approved, in substantial form, as that on file in the City
Manager’s Office.
