ORDINANCE NO. 000332
Amending
Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances, by adding a new section to be known as Section 80-11A0271,
rezoning an area of approximately 38.75 acres generally located on the west
side of the 9200 block of Noland Road, approximately 2000 feet north of
Bannister Road, from District RA (Agricultural) to District R-1aa (One-Family
Dwellings). (12390-P)

IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section
A. That Chapter 80, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri,
1996, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by enacting a
new section to be known as Section 80-11A0271, rezoning an area of
approximately 38.75 acres generally located on the west side of the 9200 block
of Noland Road, approximately 2000 feet north of Bannister Road, from District
RA (Agricultural) to District R-1aa (One-Family Dwellings), said section to
read as follows:

80-11A0271. That an area legally described as:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27
and the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, all in Township 48 North, Range 32
West, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the common section corner of Sections 22, 23, 26 and
27, Township 48 North, Range 32 West; thence South 02E27'56" West along the east line of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 27, a distance of 1006.06 feet; thence
South 12E02'18" East, a
distance of 137.15 feet to the point of beginning, thence South 73E49'51" East, a distance of 244.07
feet; thence North 75E08'26" East, a
distance of 163.89 feet; thence North 31E47'45"
East, a distance of 174.91 feet; thence North 66E51'35" East, a distance of 40.00 feet to a
point 10.00 feet west of the westerly right of way line of Noland Road as now
established; thence along a line parallel and 10.00 feet west of said westerly
right of way line and along a non-tangent curve to the right having a radius of
2814.79 feet, a central angle of 26E36'02",
the radius point bears South 66E51'35"
East, thence southerly along the arc of that curve, a distance of 1306.81 feet;
thence continuing along a line parallel to and 10.00 feet west of said westerly
right of way line South 03E08'27"
West, a distance of 165.95 feet to a point on the south line of Lot 37 in Unity
Ridge and Gardens, a subdivision in said city, county and state; thence South

the south line of said Lot 37, a distance of 751.70 feet; thence North 20E54'12" West, a distance of 268.98

hereby rezoned from District RA (Agricultural) to District R-1aa (One-Family
Dwellings), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 80-11A0271, which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part
of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and as
an amendment to Section 80-11 thereof.
Section
B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the
proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the
Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
